About the Role: Service Coordinator

This is an exceptional opportunity for a self-motivated and resilient professional who thrives in a busy, supportive team. As the Service Coordinator, you will be a key player, engaging with multiple teams across the business and a wide range of subcontractors to ensure the seamless delivery of services. Your high attention to detail and strong time management skills will be essential as you manage a variety of tasks, ensuring no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Request Management: Create and manage service requests (work orders) in the company's CRM. You'll receive requests via email, online portals, web orders, and occasional phone calls.

  • Data Accuracy & Follow-up: Maintain accurate upkeep of data in the CRM and other platforms. You will also check completed service requests for any reported issues or discrepancies.

  • Problem-Solving & Communication: Proactively check online platforms and emails for new requests and updates, actioning them accordingly. You will communicate and liaise promptly with all stakeholders, including subcontractors.

  • Administrative Support: Assist with month-end processes to ensure work orders and data are up to date. You'll also handle other ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
